Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 88fp ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 88fp website located at https://88fp.io and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the 88fp platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 88fp, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you fully understand its contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 88fp platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and engage in real-money betting or casino play on 88fp. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 88fp strictly prohibits access to the platform by persons under 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 88fp platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 88fp is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not access the platform if doing so is prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 88fp platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

2.4 Registration Information. When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You are required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed.

2.5 Account Verification. 88fp reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination. Verification documents may include NID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. 88fp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88fp immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.

3.3 Accurate Information. You undertake to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change in your personal details, contact information, or payment methods must be updated promptly. 88fp is not responsible for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.

3.4 Personal Use Only. Your 88fp account is strictly for your own personal use. You must not share, transfer, sell, or allow any other person to access or use your account. Accounts found to be used by any party other than the registered account holder will be subject to immediate suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 88fp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 88fp does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currency without explicit prior arrangement.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may take up to 5 business days to be returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain as available balance in your account.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer methods. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.5 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 88fp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete. In cases where fraudulent identity documents are submitted, 88fp reserves the right to void the account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

4.6 Own Funds Only. You confirm that all funds deposited into your 88fp account are sourced from a payment method registered in your own name, and that you are the legal owner of those funds. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of your account and return of funds to the source.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 88fp are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports bets 100% at minimum odds of 1.50.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, hedging bets across accounts, and any other conduct that 88fp determines to be an attempt to circumvent bonus terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 88fp Right to Modify Promotions. 88fp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to amend the specific terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected players. Continued participation in a promotion after notification of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 88fp are subject to acceptance by the platform. 88fp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a market has been suspended pending an official ruling, or where suspicious betting activity is detected.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules. Cricket markets on 88fp — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the specific match rules applicable to the relevant competition. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or rescheduled, settlement rules will follow the official competition regulations. 88fp's cricket market decisions are final.

6.3 Casino Game Rules. Each casino game available on the 88fp platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round will be voided and any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's balance. Winnings derived from a technical malfunction will not be paid.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or initiating a game round. 88fp reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts where betting patterns indicate a risk of loss to the platform.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fp platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on privileged non-public information.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Impersonating another player, 88fp staff, or any third party.

7.2 Detection and Enforcement. 88fp employs advanced fraud detection, betting pattern analysis, and third-party risk management tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 88fp reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void all affected bets, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently ban the account holder from the platform.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content. All content on the 88fp platform — including but not limited to the 88fp brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 88fp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 88fp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without the express prior written consent of 88fp.

Termination & Suspension

Upon closure, any available balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

12.2 Termination by 88fp. 88fp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that: the account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; a regulatory or legal obligation requires action; or the continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or other players.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account by 88fp for cause, any bonus balances, free bet credits, and promotional winnings will be immediately voided. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established, available real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method on record.

Amendments to Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. 88fp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the platform and, where material, by direct notification to registered players via email or in-platform message.

13.2 Notification Period. For material changes, 88fp will provide a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.
